1. Our role
10-4 Solutions LLC provides independent truck dispatching and administrative support to motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier, freight broker or freight forwarder. We do not take possession of freight and we are not responsible for loss or damage to cargo.
2. Carrier responsibilities
- Maintain valid operating authority, insurance and all required permits.
- Operate safely and in compliance with FMCSA and state regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
- Review and approve each rate confirmation before a load is booked.
3. Fees
Fees are described on our Pricing page and in your dispatch agreement. Fees are calculated on the gross line-haul rate of loads booked by us and are invoiced weekly.
4. No guarantee of results
Freight markets change daily. Rates, revenue estimates and calculator results on this website are illustrations only and are not a promise of earnings.
5. Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 10-4 Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
