Built by someone who’s sat on hold with brokers too
10-4 Solutions was started by Juan Caraballo in Southfield, Michigan after years of watching good drivers lose money to bad loads, unpaid detention and paperwork that sat in a glove box for weeks.
The idea was simple: build a dispatch office small enough that every driver is known by name, and organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks. We still answer the phone ourselves, we still read every rate confirmation line by line, and we still celebrate when a carrier pays off their truck.
We work with owner-operators and small fleets from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and across the lower 48.
