Cancelling service
Our dispatch agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice by email. There are no cancellation fees.
Fees after cancellation
Fees remain due only for loads booked by us before the cancellation takes effect.
Refunds
Because our fees are only charged on loads already booked and delivered, fees are generally non-refundable. If a load is cancelled by the broker and you do not receive payment (including TONU), we will refund or credit our fee for that load in full. If you believe you were billed in error, email us within 30 days and we will review and respond within 5 business days.
