What does a truck dispatcher do?
A dispatcher finds and negotiates loads for your truck, communicates with brokers and shippers, and handles the administrative work around each load so you can focus on driving.
Are you a freight broker?
No. We work for the carrier, not the shipper. We don’t hold broker authority and we don’t earn margin on the freight.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 277 Cunningham Court, Southfield, MI 48075. We dispatch trucks nationwide.

10-4 Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Juan Caraballo.
Loads & rates
Can I refuse a load?
Yes, always. Nothing is booked without your approval.
Can you guarantee a certain rate?
No honest dispatcher can guarantee rates — the market moves daily. We share current lane data and negotiate for the best rate available.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes. We help new MCs get set up with brokers that accept new carriers.
Do you dispatch team drivers?
Yes, and we plan loads to make use of team hours.
Billing
How do I pay you?
We invoice weekly by email for loads booked the previous week. Payment by ACH or card.
Do you work with my factoring company?
Yes, we work with most major factoring companies and can submit documents directly.
Is there a contract?
Our agreement is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice.
Do you charge on loads I find myself?
No. Our fee only applies to loads we book.
