How much does dispatching cost?

Solo owner-operators pay a flat 5% of gross per load. Our Pro plan is a flat $425 per truck per week with no percentage. Small fleets get custom volume pricing. We never charge for empty miles.

Do I need my own MC authority?

Yes — we dispatch for carriers operating under their own DOT and MC authority. If you don't have authority yet, we can help you file with FMCSA and get UCR, BOC-3, and insurance squared away within 21 days.

Are there long-term contracts?

Never. Our agreement is week-to-week. If you're not happy, you walk — no penalty, no holdback on your loads in progress.

What states do you cover?

All 48 contiguous United States. We have particular depth in the Southeast and Midwest thanks to our Lexington, KY home base on the I-65/I-75 corridor.

Do you handle IFTA, UCR, and IRP?

Yes. Our Pro plan includes quarterly IFTA returns, annual UCR registration, IRP renewals, MCS-150 updates, and driver qualification file maintenance — all kept audit-ready.

Which factoring companies do you work with?

We have direct integrations with most major freight factoring companies including OTR Capital, Apex, RTS, TBS, Triumph, and several niche providers. We'll help you pick the right fit.

How fast do you book my first load?

From the moment your carrier packet clears, we typically have your first load on the calendar within 24 to 48 hours — usually with multiple options to pick from.

Can you help me run more than one truck?

Absolutely. We dispatch for small fleets up to about 20 trucks. Beyond that, we'll either scale with you or refer you to enterprise partners we trust.

What information do you need to get started?

We'll need a signed dispatch agreement, your MC and DOT numbers, current COI, W-9, voided check (for factoring), and a quick chat about lanes you prefer and lanes you avoid.

Do you charge for detention or layover collection?

Accepted Answer

No. We chase every accessorial charge — detention, layover, TONU, lumper reimbursement — at no extra cost. It's part of what we do.
