A second-generation trucker’s daughter who spent a decade brokering freight before building 10-4 Solutions to do it differently.
From the cab of a Peterbilt to a Lexington dispatch desk.
Lauren grew up riding shotgun in her father’s Peterbilt, hauling produce out of California into the Southeast. She watched him build a one-truck operation into a small family fleet — and she watched dispatch fees, broker games, and back-office paperwork eat into every check.
After a decade brokering freight on both sides of the desk, Lauren saw a gap. Big dispatch services treated small carriers like ticket numbers. Brokers held all the rate information. And the back office — IFTA, UCR, BOC-3, driver files — was a maze that cost owner-operators thousands in penalties and lost time.
10-4 Solutions was founded in Lexington, Kentucky in 2019 to give owner-operators and small carriers a real partner. We charge straightforward fees, we negotiate every load against live market data, and we answer the phone when you call — even at 2 a.m. on a Saturday in the rain.
Today we dispatch and manage compliance for carriers running the lower 48, with a particular focus on the Southeast, the Midwest, and the I-65/I-75 corridor running through our hometown of Lexington.
